The Hellenic Highspeed’s journey began in 1997, when she was launched in Italy under the name Superseacat Two for British owner Hoverspeed. Until 2008 (when she was renamed Viking) she sailed the sea lanes between Liverpool, Dublin, the Isle of Man and Douglas. In 2009 she was taken over by Hellenic Seaways and was renamed Hellenic Wind, but it was not until 2016 that she began cruising the Aegean archipelagos under the name Hellenic Highspeed. Departing from her homeport of Piraeus, Hellenic Highspeed connects the ports of Mykonos, Agios Kirykos, Fourni, Patmos, Leros, Kalymnos, Kos, Symi and Rhodes.
